Which type of documents do I need to send?

Before a client can trade with us for the first time on a new account (even when they have previously held an account), we need to perform identity verification, ownership verification of the deposit/withdrawal means and obtain a beneficial owner statement. During the verification process, you should upload several verification documents to the trading account, for example:

1. Valid Israeli ID (ID card / Driver's Licence / Israeli Passport).
2. Ownership verification of deposit payment methods:
   
   

   i) Credit/debit card deposit:

   1. An up-to-date document from the bank associated with the card including the bank account details and the account beneficiaries with their ID numbers (e.g. photo of a cheque, annual tax deduction form/867, bank ID document, account management certificate).

   2. An up-to-date document from the credit card company including:

   • The last 4 digits of the card number
   • Bank account details associated with the card
   • Credit company logo

   ii) Bank transfer deposit:

   An up-to-date document from the bank that includes the bank account details and the details of the account beneficiaries with their ID numbers (e.g. photo of a cheque, annual tax deduction form/867, bank ID document, account management certificate).

3. Beneficial owner statement:

   A link to fill out the form will be sent to your phone and your email that you used to sign up on the trading platform once you complete your deposit methods verification.
