I have been a daily active user since mid-February 2026, and overall my experience has been largely positive. The key features I appreciate are the absence of option expiry (automatic rollover) and the transparency in charges.
That said, there are areas for improvement. The rebates feature should be automated rather than requiring manual activation, as I have missed multiple rebates due to unfamiliarity and occasional oversight.
Customer support in Singapore could also be significantly improved. The current approach feels overly procedural, with limited consideration from a user’s perspective. Additionally, my recent withdrawal of 20,000 SGD took approximately two weeks and required eight separate interactions to complete. This was primarily due to inconsistencies in payment handling — the platform supports PayPal top-ups but does not adequately account for PayPal-related constraints, while PayNow top-ups are processed manually when they should ideally be automatic and instant, similar to PayPal.
