The Authorised Signatory (the person managing the account) and the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) MUST be the same person in order to open a Corporate Account.
You will need to provide the following Corporate documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation / Recent Extract from an Official
- Company Registry
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- Shareholder Register and Particulars of Directors (where applicable)
- Proof of Business Address in the name of the company (if not stated on any other document. Example: Bank statement)
- Board resolution for corporate account opening and authorised signatories
- W-8BEN-E form (for Private Limited Liability Company / Private Limited Company)
- W-8BEN form (for Sole Proprietor / Sole Trader)
Corporate accounts must be verified for identification and security purposes in accordance with our customer due diligence process. Learn how to submit your corporate documents here.
In order to upload your documents to the platform, visit the ”Menu” → “Account” → “Verify Account”→ “Corporate Documents”, and select Submit a request.
After you select Submit a request, a Customer Support representative will contact you via email to guide you with uploading the required Corporate documents.
