Withdrawals

In order to make a withdrawal you should follow these instructions:
Click on “Funds” → “Withdrawal” → Select your preferred withdrawal method → Fill in the fields and click on the "Open a Withdrawal" button (on mobile devices, you can access the “Funds” screen from the menu button).

There are no limitations to monthly withdrawals. Due to regulatory requirements, you will be asked to verify your personal data via a video call if the withdrawal amounts exceed 15,000 Euro per calendar month. This call is only done once, and you will be asked to provide a valid identification document.

Should you send funds to Plus500 from your card, we will always attempt to refund the card in the first instance irrespective of the withdrawal method you chose when requesting the refund. Your chosen method acts as a backup in the event that we are unable to make the refund to the depositing card. Once approved and submitted, a card refund is deliverable prior to your next monthly charge/billing date.

The time frame for processing a withdrawal request is normally 1-3 business days, in order to allow us to complete various security checks before initiating payment. The time frame for receipt of the payment, is dependent upon the payment method and processing time of the third party remitter.
The withdrawal screen on the trading platform states the minimum withdrawal requirements for each type of payment method. Processing a withdrawal request for less than the minimum withdrawal amount may result in charges to your account.

In order to complete a PayPal withdrawal, if this method is available in your region, you may be required to log in to your PayPal account and claim the funds in order for them to be reflected in your PayPal account balance.

All withdrawal methods have minimum amount thresholds, which can be found on the withdrawal screen on the trading platform.
Our stated policy, wherever possible, is to only return funds to the same payment method from which they originated. Bear in mind that it is possible that you will need to provide documentation to verify your payment method in order to withdraw. All withdrawal requests are processed by Plus500 within 1-3 business days, and during this time, the withdrawal request will go through a number of stages. You can follow the status of your withdrawal under:
