If you have a query regarding your account or your dealings with Plus500AU Pty Ltd, you should initially notify Customer Support as soon as reasonably practicable via our Contact Us page on our website. Any complaints will first be investigated by our Complaints Team.
If they are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may, after 20 days have elapsed since the Complaint was made, refer the matter to our New Zealand independent external dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) - A Financial Ombudsman Service. FSCL is our independent external ombudsman and dispute resolution service that has been approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. FSCL's service is free of charge to you.
