Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is valid from the date of announcement until the end of 2026.
2. The New Customer Bonus program is only available to new customers (within a maximum of 90 days after their first deposit).
3. From time to time, PT Plus500 Indonesia Futures may offer additional bonus promotions, which will be offered to you based on certain pre-defined criteria and at Plus500’s sole discretion (which may differ from the requirements of this bonus). If you are eligible to receive such a bonus, a message with the bonus details will appear in your Plus500 Indonesia Account and/or a relevant email notification will be sent to you.
4. The relevant bonus becomes available for withdrawal as soon as you satisfy the required minimum trading volumes represented by Trader Points (TPoints). Each traded instrument or product generates a different amount of TPoints, depending on the trading volume. You can refer to the table on this page to see how many TPoints you will receive for each instrument or product traded with a total trading value of IDR 20,000,000.
5. Trader Points will be used to fulfill the conditions of one pending bonus (a bonus that has been applied in your account but whose conditions have not yet been fulfilled) at a time, in a chronological order (based on the order in which bonus codes were applied). A single customer account may have multiple pending bonuses, which are prioritised by the time they were applied. Once the conditions for the earliest bonus are met, TPoints will begin to be accumulated for the next pending bonus, and so on. TPoints cannot be transferred between bonuses, regardless of whether they belong to the same or different promotional programs.
6. All bonuses expire after 90 days (unless otherwise specified) from the date the bonus code is applied to the customer’s account, if the required minimum trading volumes are not satisfied. Any remaining TPoints when the bonus expires, will be forfeited.
7. If your bonus has expired, you may request an extension by contacting us through the "Contact Us" page or the "Help" menu. All previously accumulated TPoints will be retained and can be used to meet the extended bonus requirements.
8. For each type of bonus, there is only one bonus offered per extended household, i.e. customer using the same ID card (KTP) address, phone number, IP address, device ID, or any other identifying information.
9. If you do not wish to receive a bonus and/or no longer wish to participate in your current bonus program, please refrain from requesting the addition of a bonus to your account or notify us through the "Contact Us" page on the Plus500 Indonesia website or the "Help" menu on our trading platform.
10. Plus500 Indonesia will not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result of trading with the bonus. Futures trading carries a high risk of both loss and profit. Ensure that you fully understand these risks before engaging in trading.
11. This offer is subject to the User Agreement and abuse of this offer may result in the bonus and bonus generated profits being withheld.
12. Plus500 Indonesia reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this bonus promotion at any time.
13. Plus500 Indonesia is the sole arbiter of the bonus ‘requirements’/‘terms’ and all associated issues.
14. Information regarding bonuses applied to your account, expiration dates, and the number of TPoints accumulated can be viewed in your trading account.
15. The customer is liable for any taxes incurred as a result of receiving the bonus.
16. Trading in commodities products (as per the following table) is excluded from the terms of this promotion and will not accumulate any TPoints.
17. By redeeming the bonus, you agree not to use the available bonus balance for trading in the commodities instruments.
